Pulse8 Broadband Service Contract

This Service Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between “Compucare Computer Servicing Ltd” trading as Pulse8 (“Provider”), and the undersigned individual or entity (“Customer”), collectively referred to as “Parties.” The Parties hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract for the provision of broadband services to business and residential premises throughout the United Kingdom.

1. Services Provided

1.1 Provider agrees to offer broadband services to Customer as selected by the Customer at the time of signing this Contract. The available contract duration options are 1 month, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months.

1.2 The broadband services include internet connectivity as described in the selected service plan, along with any necessary equipment required for installation and operation.

1.3 Any equipment provided by Provider as part of the contract shall remain the property of the Provider until the agreed contract term is completed.

2. Contract Duration

2.1 On select products, The Customer can choose from the following contract duration options:

– 1 months (Month-to-Month)

– 12 months

– 18 months

– 24 months

2.2 The selected contract duration will determine the duration of the service and the associated terms and conditions.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the specified monthly service fee based on the selected contract duration and service plan.

3.2 The Provider reserves the right to increase the service fees in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) as published by the appropriate government agency. The Provider will make efforts to absorb cost increases where possible and will provide the Customer with reasonable advance notice of any fee changes.

4. Termination

4.1 If the Customer chooses the 1-month (Month-to-Month) option, either Party may terminate the contract by providing 30 days’ written notice.

4.2 For contract durations of 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months, termination prior to the completion of the agreed term may result in early termination fees, as outlined in the terms and conditions provided at the time of signing.

5. Rights and Responsibilities

5.1 Provider Responsibilities:

– Provide the agreed broadband services to the Customer throughout the contract term.

– Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment provided.

– Promptly address and rectify service interruptions or issues.

5.2 Customer Responsibilities:

– Pay the monthly service fee in a timely manner.

– Ensure proper usage of the broadband service and equipment provided.

– Notify the Provider of any service-related issues or concerns.

6. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
