Excellent service! I joined after a horrendous experience with one of the "lowest common denominator" providers. In the rare event you need help, you get through to someone within seconds. Oh, and it's a 30 day contract. But then you'd be a fool to go elsewhere, with such a stable connection and support.

Pulse8 give helpful guidance over the phone. I never have any problems with reliability or speed. On the one occasion there was a problem, Pulse8 liaised well with the infrastructure people and gave me excellent advice. Given my experience of internet providers, and the experience of other people, I definitely recommend Pulse8 as excellent value.

Great ISP. Very reasonable prices. Been with Pulse8 now for several months. On the rare occasions I have phoned support they have been very quick to answer and resolve issues. Prices very reasonable and, unlike most mainstream providers, dont get hiked at end of contract. Ping times reasonable. No problems with streaming. Looking forward to a long relationship with them.
