Your bill explained

In order to make the switch process as easy as possible for you, we've put together a quick guide to show you all the important information.

1. Account number is found in the top left section of the screen next to the heading ‘Account’, account numbers will start with PUL

2. You customer address will be found in the top right corner of the page

3. If you have a landline service, the number will be found under ‘billing ID’
